Processing & delivery timeline
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery typically takes place within 24 to 48 hours after processing.
Order before 1pm and we can deliver the next day across London and the UK. You can choose your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.
Packaging & freshness
Cakes are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit, using appropriate insulated containers and protective measures. Inner packaging is cushioned with airbags and dowels are used at the centre for stability.
Temperature-sensitive items receive special attention so they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping costs
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and delivery is free on orders over £40. Express delivery is £6.99.
Hand delivery and special delivery options may vary in cost — please contact us for a quote.
Delivery confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and estimated delivery window once your order has been processed. Accurate address information is essential to prevent delays.
